Meet the Staff

At Doctor Direct , we pride ourselves on our employees. We have put together an amazing team of people that are experts in their given field. Several of our employees have been with us for more than 20 years and our newest member has been here more than two years!


Todd Kuhlmann – General Manager
Doctor Direct - Plastic Surgeons Marketing and Advertising

Todd serves as COO of our parent company, Network Affiliates, Inc. and its subsidiaries, which include Doctor Direct , The Media Team , Crosspoint and Blue Onion . He has been an integral part of these companies since 1996. Todd also serves as General Manager of Doctor Direct, directing sales, client service and creative functions. Todd's financial perspective and experience managing all aspects of a business allows him to understand a client's perspective on marketing. As such, Todd has served as project manager on larger accounts, utilizing company resources in a way that best serves the client's needs.

In Todd's off hours he enjoys his family, playing golf, staying in shape through running and biking, and hopes to keep up with Mike on the bump runs at Mary Jane.



Abby Brookover – Director of Sales and Marketing
Doctor Direct - Brand Marketing for Plastic Surgeons

Abby joined the Doctor Direct team as an account manager in April 2006. She now handles day-to-day functions of Doctor Direct and directs the sales and marketing efforts. When you call, you will most likely be talking to Abby first! Abby's zest for life shines through to her clients. She truly cares about their goals and works hard to help achieve them. Attention to detail helps Abby understand her clients' needs and flawlessly act on them. She enjoys the challenge of assisting the client to plan a synergistic marketing campaign to boost their business.

One of Abby's specialties is direct mail. She has planned and coordinated many successful direct mail campaigns for clients and internally for Doctor Direct. Abby enjoys the planning and implementation of projects to get a great end result. Actually, Abby loves planning anything! She is our resident party coordinator, planning quarterly poker parties and company breakfasts for the entire Network Affiliates family.

In her free time, Abby spends a lot of time planning events and scholarship fundraisers for the Colorado Kansas State Alumni Association where she serves as President. She is also an adviser for the Colorado State Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority where she gets to briefly feel like she's in college again!



Mike Heinrich – Art Director
Doctor Direct - Cosmetic Surgery Brand Advertising

Mike has served as the Art Director at Doctor Direct since 2002, creating fresh and innovative designs. Mike's specialty is creating results driven direct mail campaigns and building brand awareness through TV, Print Point of Purchase, and Collateral mediums. What sets Mike apart is his ability to assess and understand a client's business, goals and target audience. Combine this with Mike's calm demeanor and responsiveness and it's easy to see why he's a client favorite and has a very loyal client base. Mike also works with our general agency, Blue Onion, and has spearheaded projects for clients such as Invisalign, LVI Global, CoBiz, Eagle Equity Investments, Einstein Bros Bagles, 20/20 Institute, Dish Network, Slim for Life, Source Gas and Westin Riverfront Resort at Beaver Creek. Mike directs our graphic designers, copywriters and coordinates all photo shoots. He also works closely with our TV and Radio production creative team, providing concept support and print executions.

Previous to joining 940Design, Mike spent four years with Heinrich, The Agency (no relation) as an art director and account manager. While there, Mike worked on a variety of B2B and B2C accounts including Wells Fargo, Macy's, Qwest, Dex, First Horizon, and Wynkoop Brewing Company.

In Mike's free time, he enjoys photography, skiing, hiking, golfing and walking his Jack Russell Terrior with his wife.



Lisa Rosas – Senior Media Strategist/Media Planner-Buyer
Doctor Direct - Cosmetic Surgeons Advertising

Lisa has been an indispensable member of the Network Affiliates family of companies since 1988. As the lead media strategist, she is involved in every step of the process including media market analysis, media planning and media buying. She utilizes multiple in-house media resources to research and fully understand each clients local market. She works closely with Doctor Direct on the collateral materials produced for our clients. Her in-depth knowledge of the medical industries ensure that our clients advertising investments are allocated in the most cost efficient and effective manner and generate the best ROI.

She has a sincere commitment to our clients success and takes a great deal of pride in the trust and strong relationships she has built with our clients over the years.

Lisa has two children that she adores and spends endless hours on soccer, baseball and football fields. Outside of being a mom, she also enjoys concerts, theatre, traveling and the outdoors.



Rick Koch – Interactive Manager and Web Designer
Doctor Direct- Cosmetic Surgery Website Design and Marketing

Rick has been in the Network Affiliates family of companies since 1988. He is an invaluable asset to the company as a whole and great addition to the Doctor Direct crew. Rick coordinates all of our website projects, including design, development, programming, banner advertising, social media marketing, Flash design, web analytics and web videos. He brings a great level of expertise in the interactive world and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Prior to his tenure here, Rick directed evening news for an ABC affiliate and also directed for shows such as Wide World of Sports, HBO Sports and ESPN programming. Rick also owned a 3D animation company that did work for clients such as Coors, HP, AMC Theaters and Capri Sun.

Rick is an avid flier and spends as much time as he can flying his airplane. Rick also enjoys his wonderful family.



Tami Davies – Graphic Designer and Media Buyer
Doctor Direct - Plastic Surgeon Marketing and Advertising

Tami started at the company in August of 1999 as a Media Assistant and quickly moved up the ranks to her current position as a Media Buyer. Tami's creativity and energy, as well as her value for in-depth market research, are incorporated in the media planning and buying for many of our accounts! She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Tami's 3 years of experience as a Print/Outdoor Buyer brought out her interest in graphic design, and she now has an additional degree in Graphic Design and Animation at Red Rocks Community College. Tami uses her medical advertising knowledge and creativity to create print ads, brochures and direct mail campaigns for our clients.

Tami is a Colorado native and spent 6 months studying abroad in England during her college years where she met her husband and brought him back to the States. Married 5 years in July of 2004, Tami & her husband James enjoy their spare time together relaxing, reading and traveling and chasing their toddler, Chloe, around!



Shanna Tonn – Account Manager
Doctor Direct - Cosmetic Surgeons Medical Marketing

Shanna joined the Doctor Direct team in June of 2007. She manages the inventory, processes orders and payments, and oversees all shipping on the daily basis. In addition to her Doctor Direct roll, Shanna also serves as the Client Services Assistant to our sister post-production company Crosspoint. She is a team player and always willing to help out with any project.

Shanna graduated in 2004 from The Art Institute of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
